Meet the Founder
CO EVENT PHOTO was founded in 2015 by award-winning photographer Charles Townsend Bessent. Since then, the team has partnered with more than 25 major corporate clients and documented events across 10+ countries.
A native of Covington, Louisiana who has spent the past two decades in Colorado’s Vail Valley, Townsend brings a philosophy rooted in presence, vitality, and attentiveness to his work. That perspective informs the company’s defining approach—capturing every moment with refined artistry, intentionality, and an enduring enthusiasm for life.
